Theresa Elliott

Theresa holds a bachelor’s degree in Family Science from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree in Social Work from Utah Valley University. With a deep passion for supporting children and families, Theresa focuses on helping clients discover and build upon their unique strengths to navigate life’s challenges with resilience.

Theresa specializes in using play therapy techniques to address emotional and behavioral concerns, foster emotional connection, and strengthen family relationships. Her warm, strengths-based approach empowers children and their caregivers to grow together in confidence and connection.

As a mom of eight and grandma of six, Theresa loves spending time doing anything with her family in her free time. Outside the office, Theresa loves being outside in our beautiful area, collecting favorite children’s books, playing games with her family, listening to Broadway tunes, drinking lemonade, and spending time around a campfire.
