Neurofeedback

Train your brain. Transform your life.

Neurofeedback is a non-invasive, drug-free therapy that helps your brain learn to function more efficiently.
By providing real-time feedback on brain activity, it helps improve focus, reduce stress, and support overall mental wellness.

How it Works

Small sensors are placed on the scalp to monitor brain activity. The brain receives real-time feedback, while the client watches a screen. Over time, the brain learns healthier patterns of regulation.

Neurofeedback is like physical therapy for the brain. It helps the brain learn to self-correct by showing real-time brain activity. The brain is then able to gradually regulate itself and function better over time.

Think of it like looking in a mirror for the brain; once the brain can see what it's doing, it can begin adjusting and improving its patterns.

What Type of Neurofeedback Do We Do?

ILF Neurofeedback - The Othmer Method

We use Infra-Low Frequency (ILF) Neurofeedback, developed by the Othmers. ILF is a specialized form of neurofeedback that works with the brain’s extremely slow cortical activity to support self-regulation, whole-brain regulation, and lasting change. This gentle, nonprescriptive approach is personalized to each individual and is suitable for all ages.
