AMFT | Therapist
Tayler is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, teens, and families. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern Virginia University and her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Utah Tech University. Tayler has experience supporting children and adolescents in residential treatment and ABA settings, where she has helped families navigate trauma, life transitions, and mental health challenges.
Tayler uses a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach and is trained in CBT, TF-CBT, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and play-based interventions. She is especially passionate about supporting children and neurodivergent clients in developing emotional awareness, coping skills, and a sense of safety and connection. She values collaboration in session and strives to create a warm, supportive space where children and families feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow together.
Outside of the therapy room, Tayler enjoys creative outlets such as writing and music, as well as getting lost in a good book or show. She also loves spending time with friends and family and can often be found chasing after her energetic puppy.
