Sarah Hokanson

Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with clients of all ages, supporting them in healing, growing, and creating more fulfilling lives. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work at Brigham Young University. Sarah has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from a variety of backgrounds, and is passionate about helping individuals build the skills needed to navigate relationships and life with confidence.

Sarah uses a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach. She is trained in EMDR and integrates a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), MI (Motivational Interviewing), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and Play Therapy to address each client’s unique needs.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys reading, baking, and traveling.
