Kiley Garber is a Clinical Social Worker who wholeheartedly believes that “you have what you need and together we’ll find it” (William R. Miller). Kiley works from a strengths-based perspective and believes that being with her clients in their dark and difficult places is an honored space.

Kiley has experience working with individuals from a variety of age groups who have diverse needs and mental health concerns. She is EMDR trained and has experience delivering interventions including CBT, ACT, EFT and Gottman for couples, TF-CBT, sand tray, behavioral addictions (including pornography), and attachment-based treatments. Kiley achieved specialized training in trauma and is skilled in working with clients who suffer from anxiety and depression.

Kiley received her bachelor’s degree in Marriage, Family, and Human Development and her master’s degree in Social Work – both at Brigham Young University. She loves to spend time in her garden, lunch with friends, play piano, travel, read, cross-stitch, go on dates with her husband, and play games with her family. She finds she has to visit the red rocks of southern Utah at least once a year.
