Katelyn Baczuk
CSW | Therapist
Kate is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals of all ages—children, teens, and adults—navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University, following a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to each session.
Kate’s early work in case management gave her a strong foundation in supporting clients with diverse needs—from job placement and resume building to accessing healthcare, learning English, improving emotional regulation, and obtaining driver’s licenses. These formative experiences deepened her commitment to meeting people where they are and empowering them to take the next steps forward.
Clinically, Kate is trained in a wide range of evidence-based therapies, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Play Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy. She believes in a client-centered model, respecting each person’s lived experience and tailoring her therapeutic approach to meet their unique goals and values.
When she's not working, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband and siblings, embracing the outdoors through hiking, rock climbing, and soccer or unwinding with music—whether she’s singing or playing the guitar.
