Elizabeth Mismash

Liz is a current Master’s in Social Work student at UVU and will complete her Master’s program in the spring of 2026. She received her Bachelor's in social work at UVU in 2024. Liz enjoys working with clients and is committed to helping in the healing process and empowering clients to use new coping and other therapeutic skills to live happier and healthier lives.

Liz has experience working with children and teens in various settings and backgrounds. Liz also has a great love for working with people experiencing addiction. Liz uses a strengths-based and trauma-informed perspective when working with people. She uses modalities such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, art therapy, and mindfulness. As she continues school and working for The Green House Center, she will gain skills and experience in both IFS (internal family systems), sand tray therapy, and play therapy.

In her free time, she enjoys being outside, spending time with family and friends, and reading.
