Hillary Bowler Davis

AMFT

Life can present “impossible” problems without clear solutions. Hillary believes that life can be made more meaningful when we change our relationship with our problems through better connection with ourselves and others.

Hillary earned her master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Brigham Young University. While there, her research and training included grief and loss, trauma, parenting, OCD and scrupulosity, women’s health, and couple therapy for infertility and perinatal loss. Hillary is especially passionate at helping others navigate life transitions.

Hillary is working toward her certification in EMDR and enjoys using mindfulness, IFS, EFT, CBT, narrative therapy, and various other modalities to help her clients create healing. She works with couples, families, adults, teenagers, and adolescents (8-12).

Hillary loves being with her husband, family, and friends and enjoys hiking, concerts, traveling, reading, attempting to keep her houseplants alive, and cozying up with a cup of tea.
