Kate Binford

Neurofeedback Specialist

Kate earned a Bachelor's Degree in Family Studies from Brigham Young University. She focused on learning how to help families thrive and studied the intersection of religion and family dynamics. Passionate about mental health and holistic well-being, she loves working with children and families to support their growth and resilience.

Her academic research at BYU explored how media influences children's body image and how parent-child relationships affect children's media use. She was also involved in a natural study on Utah's social media bill, deepening her understanding of medias impact on well-being.

Beyond work, she enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, watching movies, meditating, reading, jumping in cold water, cooking, and exercising. What is most important to Kate is her relationships, so it's a plus if she can do the things she enjoys with the people that she loves.
