Abigail Swanson

Abigail received her Bachelor's in Social Work and Master’s in Social Work from Utah Valley University and is a Certified Social Worker. Abigail cares about creating a space for her clients to feel heard and cared about. She seeks to empower her clients to recognize and utilize their own strengths to help them overcome their challenges. Abigail has training in modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, ACT, and play therapy.

Abigail has experience working with children and adolescents; depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation, neurodivergence, and behavioral struggles.

In her free time Abigail loves to hike, cook, travel, spend time with family and friends, and attend her book club.
