Mackenzie Quinton

Mackenzie is currently in the Masters of Social Work program at Brigham Young University and is working towards becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Play Therapist. Mackenzie finds joy in empowering clients through using a person-centered and strength based approach to therapy.

Mackenzie has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Some of her most recent work includes working with children and families at a day treatment program focused on teaching social, emotional, and behavioral strategies through a trauma informed lense. Mackenzie uses a variety of modalities including EMDR, CBT, and motivational interviewing. Her priority is ensuring clients feel safe while in therapy.

Mackenzie received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Family Life from Brigham Young University and will complete her Masters of Social Work in April 2023. Mackenzie loves to read, watch Seahawks games, spend time with family and friends, and try new vegetarian recipes.
