She has received training in art therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and sand tray therapy. She will be pursuing training and certification for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in the upcoming months. Lauren strongly believes that therapy is a uniquely individual experience and enjoys watching clients grow in confidence as they find the style that works best for them.
