Kristy Weber, AMFT, is a compassionate and dedicated marriage and family therapy intern passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families of all ages and backgrounds as they navigate life’s challenges. She recognizes that beginning therapy can feel overwhelming and consistently approaches every client with humility, hope, and a deep sense of empathy. Kristy has the natural ability to connect with people, creating meaningful conversations that foster growth, healing, and overall well-being.

As the mother of a blended family with seven children ranging from 10 to 18 years old, Kristy has firsthand experience with the complexities of family dynamics and the triumphs that come from overcoming challenges. Her own personal life journey, combined with her professional training, has shaped her holistic, resourceful, and hopeful approach to therapy. She believes that every individual and family system holds the potential for transformation and resilience.

Kristy works collaboratively with her clients to build a strong therapeutic alliance, recognizing the systemic influences of relationships, environments, and contexts on their presenting challenges. Her approach focuses on cultivating self-acceptance, understanding the background and neurology of presenting issues and equipping clients with practical tools to manage symptoms and heal emotional wounds.

Kristy is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, Kristy brings passion, experience, and a genuine desire to help her clients thrive.
