Kristen Grant


Kristen has had a love of learning and serving since a young age. Kristen has always been fascinated by learning from others. Kristen believes that clients have the ability to heal themselves and find their inner strength and worth.

Kristen received her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University and then continued her education to receive a Masters Degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University.

Kristen has taught parenting courses including skills such as discipline, relationships, and growth. Kristen has also taught social skills classes to children as well as adults with autism. Kristen has held positions in both inpatient and outpatient clinics working with clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. Kristen works with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns. She uses therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play therapy, sand tray, talk, and is working towards her EMDR certification. Kristen believes in a client-centered approach and strives to help clients feel empowered and in control of their growth and healing.

Kristen enjoys spending her time outdoors, traveling, all things Harry Potter and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
