Erica has always been inspired by human resilience and drawn to the idea that every individual has a unique and meaningful story. She enjoys helping to de-stigmatize therapy and feels inspired by those who come to her office willing to explore and grow.
Erica graduated from BYU with a bachelor’s degree in Family Studies. Her time studying families helped her to see more deeply the potential for healing within family relationships. Wanting to help both families and individuals in their journeys towards healing, she continued her education and earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from BYU.
