Emma Worlton


Emma received both her Bachelors in Psychology and Masters of Social Work from BYU and worked as a school social worker at both a high school and elementary school. She has taught classes in social skills, anxiety, and DBT skills.

Emma is a therapist that is passionate about helping individuals become the person that they want to be. She believes that the ability to heal and grow comes from within each of us and with the right environment and nutrients, anybody can learn to flourish.

Emma has received training in Neurofeedback, sand tray, play therapy, and crisis intervention. She enjoys working with all ages and circumstances and understands that each person has a unique life experience to share.

Emma comes from a family of 9 children, with 7 younger adopted siblings and her family is the most important thing in her life. She loves music, art, and the outdoors and believes that these things can be incorporated into therapy to build connection and facilitate healing.
