Brenda Barrow

CSW | Therapist

Brenda is a clinical social worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Brigham Young University. My career has been a vibrant journey combining my love for somatic healing experiences and therapeutic play with traditional mental health therapies.

I've had the privilege of directing experiential and recreational therapy at several treatment centers, where I developed programs with a blend high adventure activities, art therapy, and mindfulness. I have worked with people from all ages and walks of life and have found that we all have a shared common humanity and can relate to the need for safety and connection within ourselves, with our loved ones, and the world around us. I have witnessed incredible healing take place for those navigating trauma and attachment wounds by utilizing a holistic approach and incorporating evidence based modalities like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as somatic healing.

When I'm not practicing therapy, you can find me embracing my creative side with graphic design, painting, photography or embracing the great outdoors through mountain biking, canyoneering, and skiing.
