Ali earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work at Brigham Young University.
Ali is passionate about helping others find a sense of belonging in their families, social networks, and communities and believes that forming secure attachments with others is key to healing. She has experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, and other mental health concerns. Ali utilizes modalities such as CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and EMDR in her practice. Ali focuses on assisting clients in identifying their individual strengths that can help them overcome barriers that prevent them from living a values-driven life. She enjoys working with children, teens, and adults and believes forming a relationship of trust and acceptance with her clients is key to their growth and improvement.
Ali’s hobbies include rock climbing, pickleball, hiking, skiing, reading, and winning hula-hooping competitions.
